I
April 2025 · Chiang Rai province
Where the project started. Hill farms, a drying deck, cherries picked off the branch by hand, and lunch on the property with the people who grew them.
II
May 2025 · Karo highlands
The process chapter, and still the deepest archive we have: nursery, fermentation tanks, parchment under shade net, hulling, sorting, sample roasting.
III
August 2026 · Brasília · Chapada
Where we live now. A coffee visit on 2 August took us from the rows to the patio to the sacks to the finished bags — filmed vertically, sound and all.
