Everything you need to know about brewing, pre-orders, shipping, and the Not Just Coffee experience.
Open the drip bag, tear along the marked line, and place the paper arms over the sides of your cup. Slowly pour hot water in small stages to let the coffee bloom and extract evenly.
A good starting point is 180–220 ml of hot water, depending on how strong you like your cup.
We recommend hot water just off the boil, around 90–96°C. If you do not have a thermometer, let boiled water rest for about 30–45 seconds before pouring.
For pour over, use a medium grind. For French press, use a coarser grind. For espresso, use a fine grind.
If you are starting with one general grind for hand brewing, medium is the best place to begin.
Yes. The whole beans can be used for pour over, drip machine, French press, AeroPress, and espresso. Grind size and brew ratio will affect how the cup expresses itself.

This is part of the concept. We invite you to experience the coffee first without seeing the full tasting profile, process, or terroir details.
After tasting, you can use the QR code inside the packaging to reveal the story behind your lot and compare it with your own impressions.
AZU and REL are the names of our current lots available for pre-order. Each lot has its own story and reveal page that becomes part of the experience after tasting.
Because we want the first experience to be direct and personal. Instead of telling you exactly what to taste, we invite you to discover the coffee on your own terms first.
